Y3 Suites didn't start as a business plan. It started with one view of the Western Ghats that we couldn't stop thinking about, and a stubborn belief that other people would feel exactly the same way.
We didn't want to build a hotel. We wanted to build the kind of place we ourselves would drive six hours for, somewhere the view does most of the talking, where the staff remember your name by the second morning, and where the biggest decision of the day is whether to have coffee by the pool or on the deck.
That's still the only real standard we hold ourselves to.
— The Y3 Suites FamilyBefore there were suites, there was just this piece of land in Vythiri, chosen for a view that made everyone who stood on it go quiet for a moment. Everything else was built around protecting that feeling.
Rather than rushing to open with dozens of rooms, we built one suite at a time, testing what actually made a stay feel special, and quietly dropping what didn't.
What started as a single idea grew into eight , each different in character, scale and setting, but all held to the same standard: would we want to stay here ourselves?
We still read every review, listen closely to what our guests tell us, and make changes where they matter. Y3 Suites is still a work in progress, shaped by every stay, every conversation, and every little detail that makes a difference. We know what we want it to become, and we’re committed to getting there, one thoughtful detail at a time.
Not scripted, not performed, just people who actually want your stay to go well.
We build around the hillside, not over it. The view stays the reason you're here.
Nothing here is designed to rush you, not the pools, not the mornings, not the service.
We'd rather tell you monsoon season means rescheduled treks than oversell you a perfect brochure.
Every word above is really just an invitation. Come find out if the view lives up to it.
